Okay, so recently I had problems trying, chain Shini Poke Radar in Pokemon Platinum. I understand the table, but does not work, as I have heard that there are many exceptions to this rule. Can someone answer a detailed guide on the always brilliant with the Poke Radar, in which all the exceptions, without using the words "May" or "probable"

I caught a shiny gold Kricketune last night. Eevee I looked for myself in order to develop them different stones. Poke Radar is not guaranteed to find one. I had my game Pokemon Platinum since April, and this is my first time in a row in one. They are so rare that you're lucky, to awaken one. I did not expect. So I think the best way is to answer your question: If this happens, it is likely that this will happen when you least expected. Do not give up though! Keep trying. Oh, and another one of the Pokémon you probably will think it's great the number is 1 in 3 is in its own Clock Poketch in other words, that with the first, second and third place "Pokemon, the winners are by so to speak.
